Legs workout part 2 is an extension to legs workout part 1, it can also be performed as it is by intermediate fitness level individuals. This program includes challenging movements that will improve balance, single leg strength, technique and form and will surely lose excess fat from lower body. Legs being the bigger muscle of the body, it helps lose overall body fat.
