This program is designed in a way that you can work out in one mat space area anywhere anytime and just need 12 minutes. So, no more excuses. This program will help you to build and maintain basic strength, mobility, endurance, mind and body co-ordination which will allow you perform your day-to-day activity hassle free. This program will also help you learn proper form, technique and execution of the exercises.
