Legs workout part 1 is designed for all individuals who wants to strengthen, tone, build lean muscle mass and start your journey from beginner, become stronger and proceed to advance levels. This program will help you learn proper form, technique and lose excess fat from lower body. Also, legs being the bigger muscle of the body, it helps lose overall fat as well.

This program is designed for a beginner level program and is safe to perform by all individuals.
