Summary

If you’ve been sitting or lying down for long hours, it’s important to begin your workout with a proper warm-up. Warming up increases blood flow and releases synovial fluid, helping your joints move freely and your body perform every exercise with better range and comfort. Warm ups prepare your body to perform full range of motion without facing any injuries.

The first video is a Full Body Stretch Warm-up will help you perform movements pain-free and losen up your body. The second video is Leg workout Warm-up will help activate your lower body, improve mobility, and build stability before hitting those leg exercises. Third video is a simple warm-up video which is a quick, no-equipment warm-up to get your heart rate up and muscles ready for any intense session involving extreme physical movement.
