Lower Back Stiffness
Summary
If you’ve been avoiding minimal physical movement due to your current lifestyle or if you’re someone who faces lower back pain with mild disc issues this video is for you. Here I go through simple and easy movements that will help you overcome the stiffness in your lower back when performed regularly and gradually. You will find that these movements focus on conditioning and strengthening of the supporting muscles and joints in your back while also incorporating flexibility. If your lower back is strong, you’ll feel younger, you’ll be able to move better and live longer! Start with 5-10 counts as per your fitness level, do not push yourself if the pain is unbearable instead just find that count or that rep till where you don’t feel the throbbing pain. And then gradually improve yourself, increase rep counts from 5 to 10 and 10 to 15 for 3 sets.
