These terms and conditions are entered into by and between vinodchannafitness.com and you (hereinafter: “the member”).

Content Usage: All videos, text, and images on this site are owned by vinodchannafitness.com and may not be downloaded, copied, or distributed without permission. Users are not permitted to record, screen-share, or redistribute any content from the platform. Workout videos are accessible only via internet connection, offline access is currently not supported.

Services: The membership entitles the usage of our “online programs” available therein. Once the subscription period ends, access to all content will be paused until the plan is renewed.

Age Limit: The member confirms that he/she is 18 years old or older. For person younger are allowed to use the services rendered for kids/ otherwise based on a written parental consent.

Access Duration: Subscribing to a Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly plan grants you full access to our video workout library for the duration of your chosen plan.

Activation of Membership: The Membership is not automatically activated unless an “autopay” is opted by the subscribed user. Thus a reminder will be emailed to the user prior to its subscription renewal date. Special Programs are one-time purchases and do not require a membership. We use secure third-party payment gateways to process all payments.

Extension: WE DO NOT extend membership. Extension is only given in “1-on-1 training” on a medical basis for submission of an application & all relevant medical documents. The extension will be given for one week depending upon the medical condition.

Cancellation / Refund: No refund shall be made for membership dues paid. If you face any technical issues, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to resolve them.

Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms, misuse content, or engage in harmful behavior toward our platform or community. Your subscription is for individual use only. Sharing login details or accessing videos from multiple locations at the same time may result in account suspension.

Price Changes: All the prices are fixed for the duration of the contract. A price change can be implemented by the management from time to time and will be updated on the website. In case of price change, members have to pay the revised price on renewal of the contract.

Health Disclaimer : Always consult your doctor before beginning any fitness program, especially if you have any medical conditions. All exercises are performed at your own risk, we are not liable for any injuries or health issues that may result.

Privacy: Your data is safe with us. We only collect what’s necessary to provide our services and will never sell your personal information.

Changes to Terms: We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you agree to the current terms.
