Back & Shoulder Conditioning Workout At Home

Summary

This workout is focused on strengthening your lower back and shoulders. The first half of the video comprises of stretches which will help work on your hamstrings, hip flexors, lower and upper back, while the second half of the video focuses on conditioning and mobility exercises to strengthen your shoulders and prepare you to perform much more dynamic and explosive movements as well as heavy lifting.
