1.       Take care of yourself

Yes, make yourself your number one priority. Some individuals feel that it is being selfish but in reality, you cannot do much if you yourself fall sick or have issues whether it is physical or mental. When you are fit you can help yourself as well as others. Exercise for at least an hour will help you save hell lot of money on treatments, will make you feel energised, provide you with mental clarity, confidence and so much more. On the other hand, eat food that nourishes your body, junk food should only be eaten once in a while.

2.       Use time wisely

Time is more valuable than money. Money may go & come but not time. Do not waste time on negative thoughts or keep thinking about things that are not under your control. Time is also wasted in stressing about a problem, if you can do something about it, do it or do not stress about it.

3.       Focus on all your goal

No matter how small or big your goals are. Focus on small goals that will lead to big changes. It can be losing fat, gaining muscle, learning something new, reading books, finishing a task.

4.       Take action

The secret to getting ahead is getting started. When to take action things start to fall in place, the initial thoughts before starting of How? When? What? falls into place once you start.

5.       Practise Gratitude & surrender to God’s will

Being thankful for the things you have in life keeps you positive and motivated. And once you give 100 percent to your work, pray and surrender to God’s will, everything under God’s will is more than what we deserve.
